Mom always loves it when I smile, and she runs for the camera!   Now, I must confess that I'm impressed by this shot of me smiling at myself in the mirror.

I started having really bad headaches late last year, and a Dec 2 MRI seemed to show that my original tumor had returned after 27 years.  This was a big shock to my whole family.   It made everyone sad when Christmas rolled around.

But we had a great Christmas day!  Daddy Bill grilled a goose, and we celebrated in fine style!  Mom got a video camera, and every time I turned around, she was taking pictures of me!

By this time, people all over the world were praying for me.  My friend, Shelly, who has a brain tumor like me, gave me this Mickey Mouse doll to keep me company.  She is one of those special people who prays for me.

My headaches got worse, and I wasn't doing too great.  On Feb 12th, Dr. Roes, who has taken such great care of me for many years, put me in the hospital so I could have an MRI and see just what was going on.

Before we went to the hospital, my Auntie Janice had sent me a Valentine's Day card.  Yep, Mom had that camera out again.  She told me to hold the card up where everyone could see it, so I did!!!!
