we cannot be responsible for these once they are placed in the hands of the Post Office.

For your convenience, Junebug accepts Visa, Mastercard, and Discover through our secure transaction order form. You may also pay with PayPal, or send a Personal Check or Money Order. If you choose PayPal, we will send you a Paypal invoice. If you choose check or money order, please wait for shipping costs to be sent to you before sending your payment!

Shipping: Unless otherwise indicated, prices do not include shipping. If you need to know shipping costs before your order goes out, please request this in the "comments" section of the order form and you will be notified prior to shipping. Please Note: Charges assessed by UPS and suppliers for incorrect zip codes will be the responsibility of the customer, so please be sure you provide the correct zip code. We are not able to absorb the cost of these errors.

Returns: To help maintain low costs for our Junebug's Place customers, all returns must be authorized and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Knitting machines, special order items, knitting software, books, videos (due to copying) and yarn cannot be returned. Junebug's Place is not responsible for mis-ordered items. Any items which are returned must be done so within 3 days of receipt of the items. Shipping/handling for returned items is non-refundable.
